胡福良教授，博士生导师，享受国务院政府特殊津贴专家，现任浙江大学蚕蜂研究所所长，浙江大学动物科学学院教授委员会主任，中国养蜂学会副理事长，中国蜂产品协会顾问，浙江省蜂业学会理事长，国家蜂产业技术体系产品加工研究室主任、岗位科学家。长期从事蜜蜂、蜂产品及功能性食品科学的科研与教学工作，在蜜蜂生物学、蜂产品的化学成分、生物学活性、质量控制及深加工技术等领域有深入研究，取得了多项原创性成果。先后主持各级各类课题60余项；获国家技术发明二等奖2项、国家科技进步三等奖1项、省部级奖6项；获授权国家发明专利35项；主编、副主编专著8部；发表学术论文400余篇，其中，SCI收录80余篇；培养蜂学博士、硕士40余名。先后荣获国务院颁发的“政府特殊津贴”以及“浙江省优秀教师”、“浙江省优秀科技工作者”、“浙江省151人才”等荣誉称号。胡福良教授将会在本届世界蜂疗大会上为我们带来关于《蜂王浆对更年期综合征的作用及其相关机制》的精彩学术分享。
Professor Hu Fuliang, doctoral supervisor, expert enjoying special government subsidies from the State Council, currently serves as the director of the Silkworm and Bee Research Institute at Zhejiang University, the director of the Professor Committee at the School of Animal Science at Zhejiang University, the vice chairman of the Chinese Beekeeping Society, the consultant of the Chinese Bee Products Association, the chairman of the Zhejiang Bee Industry Society, and the director and position scientist of the Product Processing Research Laboratory of the National Bee Industry Technology System. He has been engaged in the scientific research and teaching of bee, bee products and functional food science for a long time, and has made in-depth research in bee biology, bee products’ chemical composition, biological activity, quality control and deep processing technology, and has made many original achievements.
Has presided over over over 60 projects of various levels and types; Received 2 second prizes of National Technology Invention Award, 1 third prize of National Science and Technology Progress Award, and 6 provincial and ministerial level awards; 35 authorized national invention patents; 8 monographs by the chief editor and deputy chief editor; Published over 400 academic papers, of which more than 80 were included in SCI; Cultivate over 40 doctoral and master’s degrees in bee science. We have successively received honorary titles such as “Government Special Allowance” issued by the State Council, “Excellent Teacher in Zhejiang Province”, “Excellent Scientific and Technological Worker in Zhejiang Province”, and “151 Talents in Zhejiang Province”. Professor Hu Fuliang will bring us an exciting academic sharing on the role of royal jelly in menopausal syndrome and its related mechanisms at this World Apitherapy Congress.
